Updated · amalficoast.boats editorial team

amalficoast.boats is an independent editorial guide to boat tours on the Amalfi Coast. By using the site you accept these terms of use; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The terms were last revised.

1. Who runs the site

The site is published by the amalficoast.boats editorial team, based in Campania, Italy. Contact: contactus@amalficoast.boats. More about the team and its editorial policy is on the about page.

2. An independent guide, not an official site

amalficoast.boats is not a tour operator, travel agency, ferry company, port or public authority, and it is not the official website of any of them. Names such as GetYourGuide, Travelmar or the names of tour operators are trademarks of their owners and appear here only to identify the services described. The content of the site is editorial opinion and general information, not professional, legal or travel-insurance advice.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on the site, in particular booking links pointing to GetYourGuide (those starting with /go/), are affiliate links. If you make a booking after clicking one, we may receive a commission from GetYourGuide. You pay the same price as you would on GetYourGuide directly. Commissions fund the site and do not determine which tours we list or how we describe them.

4. No bookings, no payments

We do not sell tours or tickets, we do not take reservations and we do not process payments. Every booking is a contract between you and the seller: GetYourGuide, the operator or the ferry company. Their terms, prices, cancellation rules and customer service apply. We cannot change, cancel or refund a booking; the contact page explains where to turn.

5. Information, prices and availability

We check prices, timetables and tour details against official sources and record the date of each check. Prices and conditions on the Amalfi Coast change often and without notice: fuel surcharges, seasonal tariffs, weather cancellations and regulatory changes such as landing taxes or traffic restrictions can all affect what you pay. Figures on the site are indicative. The binding price and conditions are those shown at the moment of booking on the seller's website.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the amalficoast.boats editorial team accepts no liability for direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the site, from reliance on its content, from errors or omissions, from the temporary unavailability of the site, or from services purchased from third parties reached through our links. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Italian law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Intellectual property

Texts, tables, comparisons and the structure of the site belong to the amalficoast.boats editorial team and are protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with a link to the source page. Systematic copying, scraping or republishing of content, including for training automated systems, requires our written consent. Photographs come mainly from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons licences: each is credited on the photo credits page with its own licence, which governs its reuse.

The site links to third-party websites: GetYourGuide, operators, transport companies, public bodies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything the linked site does.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The revision date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute the competent court is that of the place in Italy where the editorial team is established, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence where EU consumer law so provides.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms: contactus@amalficoast.boats. For personal data, see the privacy policy. To find a tour, start from the tours overview.
