Updated · amalficoast.boats editorial team

The amalficoast.boats editorial team can be reached at contactus@amalficoast.boats. We read every message and reply within 2–3 working days, in English or Italian. Before you write, check whether your question is about a booking: we are an independent guide, not a tour operator, and we cannot see, change or refund reservations.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. A price that has changed, a pier that has moved, a timetable that no longer matches, a broken link. Include the page address and, if you can, a link to the source. Confirmed errors are fixed within a few working days and the Updated date on the page changes.
  • Questions about the guides. If a page is unclear or missing something you needed, tell us. Reader questions shape what we write next.
  • Partnerships. Operators, ports and tourism bodies that want to send verified information (timetables, prices, fleet details) can use the same address. We publish facts, not advertorials, and we do not sell placements in comparisons; see how we work.
  • Press. Journalists can ask for background on the Amalfi Coast boat-tour market, prices and seasonality. We answer with sources.

What we cannot help with

  • Bookings. We do not sell tours, take reservations or receive payments. To book, use the GetYourGuide links on the tours page or go to the operator's official website.
  • Changes, cancellations and refunds of a GetYourGuide booking. Contact GetYourGuide customer service from the Bookings section of the app or website. Free cancellation, where offered, must be requested there before the deadline shown on your voucher. For same-day problems (meeting point, delay, weather) call the operator's number printed on the voucher.
  • Bookings made directly with an operator. Contact the operator. Our operators section lists their official websites.
  • Lost property, complaints about a crew, accidents. These go to the operator and, where relevant, to the local port authority (Capitaneria di Porto).

Before you write

Many questions are already answered in the trip planning guide: rough-sea cancellations, what to bring, how to reach the departure piers, prices for children. If your question concerns one specific tour, the GetYourGuide product page has a contact option that goes straight to the operator, who knows the day's conditions better than we do.

Requests concerning personal data (access, correction, deletion) go to the same address; the details are in the privacy policy. For copyright and photo attribution, see the photo credits and the terms of use.

Frequently asked questions

Can you change or cancel my GetYourGuide booking?

No. Open the GetYourGuide app or website, go to Bookings and use the cancellation or contact options there, or call the operator's number on your voucher.

How long does a reply take?

Usually 2–3 working days. In July and August, when we are mostly on the coast, it can take a little longer.

Do you accept guest posts or paid links?

No. We publish only content written by our own editorial team, with sources, and we do not sell placements in our comparisons.
