The other pages in this section describe fleets, prices and reviews. This one describes a gap."Boat Tours Amalfi Coast" appeared on our list of operators to examine, with a loose note that it was based in Salerno, but after the checks we ran we could not connect that name to any real company.

On the search engines we looked for the exact phrase combined with Salerno: what came back were marketplace pages and generic product listings, not a company's own shop window. TripAdvisor has no listing under this name; the list of boat tours and water sports in Salerno returns other operators entirely. No matching Instagram or Facebook profile. We also checked the aggregators that usually catch small marine businesses, and found no VAT number or registered name to attach to the name.

The likely explanations
There are at least three reasonable possibilities, and none of them implies bad faith. ABT Charter Salerno, trading at amalfiboatour.com, is a Salerno agency with boat categories from Easy to Luxury; the site opens but publishes no prices. Blu Mediterraneo s.a.s. is based at Molo Manfredi and runs shared gozzo trips. Frog Charter operates the TripAdvisor product "Amalfi Coast Boat Tour from Salerno, Amalfi, Positano", private, seven and a half hours, with free cancellation up to 24 hours before and a score of 5.0 out of 5 from 37 reviews. Mareggiando operates "Boat tour of the Amalfi Coast with Aperitif", maximum eight people, eight hours, leaving the Stazione Marittima in Salerno at 09:00, with 4.9 out of 5 from 120 reviews on the same date.
How to book a day afloat anyway
If your aim is simply to get out on the water from Salerno, the safest route is a platform: most products carry free cancellation up to 24 hours before, a price fixed in euros, support in your own language and reserve-now-pay-later, with the operator named on the listing.
